How do I go about applying for property finance as a non-resident, when purchasing a property in South Africa?
Information on Documents required for a bond in South Africa
For a non-resident to qualify for a South African mortgage bond, you will need to provide certain documents for the application. The non-resident will need to provide:-
· proof of earnings / income
· proof of residential address overseas (a utility bill)
· copies of your passports
