Can I get a bank Guarantee from a bank outside of South Africa when purchasing property?
Can I get a bank Guarantee from a bank outside of South Africa when purchasing property?
Most of the time when purchasing a property in South Africa the transferring attorney will not accept a guarantee from a band outside of South Africa. You would have to send the money over to South Africa and either put it into a bank in South Africa or transfer the money into an attorneys trust account, to be held by the attorney until day of transfer.
