What should I consider when buying a new property in South Africa?
When considering buying a property in South Africa consider your future needs. Make sure the property is close to work, hospitals, shops, schools, etc. Make sure the property in a good neighbourhood, and has good security. Try not to purchase a property too close to a main road. But most important, make sure that you can afford the property and that you have included the transfer cost in your budget.
