How does an estate agent operate in South Africa?
How does an estate agent operate in South Africa?
Usually the seller will approach an estate agent to sell his property. If the seller is happy with the agent they will start marketing the property for the seller. It is the agent’s job to get the seller the best price possible for the seller even if the price is not market related. It is the agent’s job to look out for the seller’s best interests as the agent is usually mandated to the seller.
