How do I report foreign money coming into South AFrica?
Reporting of foreign money coming into South Africa
All money coming into South Africa via bank transfer is registered with the Reserve Bank automatically. It is advisable to keep all paperwork if you bring foreign capital into South Africa to ensure you are able to retransfer the money out of South Africa again at a later stage.
