Retired Permits
Can a business be operated by a holder of a South African Retired temporary residence permit?
In South Africa, a foreigner who has been issued a South African Retired temporary residence permit, by law, this permit does not allow any retired resident to operate a business within South Africa.
Once receiving South African Retired permanent residence, thereafter, the now South African permanent resident, can operate a business within South Africa (conditions may vary).
