Over what period of time do I need to make the required investment for a South African business visa?

In order to maintain a South African business visa, the required investment amount of R 2.5 million is required to be invested into the company within 24 months of issuance of the visa.

If the capital investment has been waivered by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the waivered amount is required to be invested into the company within 24 months of issuance of the visa.
